The Bingin clifftop house and its suites are available for monthly and long-term rental. It is a working base as much as a holiday house: 180° ocean views from the Bukit cliff, quiet mornings, and the Uluwatu food scene a few minutes away.
What a long stay here looks like
- Wifi you can work on. GlobalXtreme fiber, around 100 Mbps in real-world use — video calls all day, not a brochure number.
- Dreamland Beach is a 7-minute walk from the house.
- No cook, by design. The surrounding restaurants are excellent and most deliver, which suits long-stay life far better than a staged dinner every night.
- Whole house or a single suite — the clifftop house and its individual suites can both be taken by the month.
Which suite suits a month
Samastiti Bingin is a five-bedroom clifftop villa split into three self-contained suites, so a month here can be as small or as large as you need. Take one suite, two, or the whole house for up to 14 guests.
- The Pool Garden Suite — the ground floor, with its own private pool and tropical garden, two ensuite bedrooms and a full kitchen. The most self-contained of the three and the easiest to settle into for a long stay.
- The Media Suite — two bedrooms, four working desks, a private home cinema and a music studio. The one built with remote work in mind.
- The Seaview Penthouse — a one-bedroom rooftop penthouse with panoramic ocean views, a private terrace, infrared sauna and outdoor bathtub. Best suited to one person or a couple.
Working from the Bukit
The connection is GlobalXtreme fibre at around 100 Mbps in real-world use, which holds up to video calls all day rather than just a speed test. The Media Suite has four working desks between its two bedrooms; the Penthouse and the Pool Garden Suite both suit one or two people who need a desk and quiet. The Uluwatu food scene is a few minutes away when you want to get out of the house, and Dreamland Beach is a seven-minute walk.
What to know before you commit to a month
One thing worth saying plainly: there is construction nearby that can cause daytime noise, and the current suite rates are discounted to reflect it. We would rather you knew that before booking a month than after you arrived.
